Ananya is a Clinical Psychologist and a Gold Medalist trained at premier institutes including AIIMS Delhi and IHBAS. Her clinical work is inclined towards humanistic and postmodern approaches and she adopts a queer affirmative, neurodivergent affirmative, and a trauma-informed lens.

She primarily works with individuals navigating neurodiversity, grief, concerns related to self, gender and sexuality, as well as those experiencing adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. She believes in integrating reflective work with actionable approaches like cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and schema related work in a way that is tailored to suit goals set by each client.
